1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tianyu (tianyuwisdom.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Overview

Tianyu provides:

• Digital Readings: Bazi Life Blueprint ($39), Annual Fortune Reading ($29), Zi Wei Dou Shu Reading ($49) — delivered as PDF reports within 24-48 hours.
• Subscription: Monthly Cosmic Report ($9.9/month) — recurring digital delivery.
• Physical Products: Custom Lucky Bracelets ($49), Five Element Crystal Sets ($69), Tai Sui Amulets ($35), Feng Shui Incense Sets ($29), Intention Wish Candles ($25), Himalayan Salt Lamps ($45), and Gift Boxes ($99-$149) — shipped to your address.

3. Orders & Payment

• Payments are processed via PayPal or Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record).
• Lemon Squeezy handles applicable VAT/GST as MoR. You are responsible for any additional local taxes not covered by Lemon Squeezy.
• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud.

4. Digital Readings

• Digital readings (Bazi, Zi Wei Dou Shu, Annual Fortune) are generated based on the birth data you provide. Accuracy depends on the correctness of your input.
• Readings are delivered to the email address provided at checkout as PDF attachments or download links.
• Digital products are non-refundable once delivered, except as required by applicable law.
• You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell reading content without written permission.

5. Subscription Service

• The Monthly Cosmic Report is a recurring subscription billed monthly.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

6. Physical Products & Shipping

• Physical products (crystals, bracelets, amulets, incense, candles, salt lamps, gift boxes) are shipped from our fulfillment center.
• Shipping times vary by destination. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
• Free shipping on orders over $75 (where applicable).
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

• Physical Products: May be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, unused condition. Customer bears return shipping costs.
• Digital Products: Non-refundable once the PDF reading has been delivered.
• Damaged/Defective Items: Contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos for a replacement or full refund.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on tianyuwisdom.com — including text, graphics, logos, reading methodologies, product designs, and software — is the property of Tianyu and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tianyu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tianyu operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
